We are looking to hire off-cycle interns to join our investment team in London, to support the team’s efforts across the complete deal life cycle from sourcing through to due diligence, closing, and post-acquisition support and monitoring.

We have available internships from:

  • September 2026 - January 2027
  • September 2026 - July 2027
  • January 2027 - July 2027

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the investment team in their deal sourcing efforts, including analyzing and assessing industry trends and opportunities, growth momentum of key players, business strategy, and competitive position
  • Analyzing investment opportunities within the sectors of software and technology-enabled services
  • Assist in building financial models to drive investment decisions
  • Prepare written analyses and evaluations of investment opportunities
  • Support our portfolio companies across a wide range of topics

What we are looking for:

  • A passion for the technology/software industry
  • Prior financial modelling experience and strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to think and work independently

Must-have education:

  • Outstanding academic track record, including undergraduate degree and / or master’s degree (or in final year) from a leading university or business school

Must-have experience requirements:

  • At least 6 months of consecutive experience in M&A
  • Prior exposure to private equity or venture capital is a plus

Must-have language requirements:

  • Written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Fluency in one or more additional European language i.e., French, German, Italian, Spanish, Finnish, Swedish
