Purpose of Position

The purpose of the role is to manage and maintain investor and prospect data within our CRM and to train Pantheon employees to ensure high levels of adoption across the Client Solutions and marketing teams. The role will also drive enhancements to the CRM and the delivery of enhancements to the organization. In addition, the role will support the broader Product Strategy & Fundraising team, along with Client Onboarding to ensure data is synchronized and up-to-date, along with supporting Client Onboarding around data inputting during new investor closings.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Maintenance, Enhancements & Training

  • Ensure all prospect leads are synchronized and up-to-date (including meeting notes and lead status)
  • Ensure all new client information is correct at new investor closings
  • Run and create ad-hoc reports and analysis around prospective investors and current client data (including PowerBI reports)
  • Support marketing campaigns by generating mailing lists / target lists
  • Continuously focus on creating synergies and enhancements to the CRM
  • Liaison / work with outside vendors, consultants and internal IT on problem solving, enhancements and updates
  • Train all staff in the functionality of the CRM and focus on increasing adoption
  • Act as the data owner for prospect and new client information
  • Ensure all new funds are set-up correctly in CRM and available for FRO tagging

On/Offboarding Support

  • Ensure new client data is captured during the closing process
  • Support on an ad-hoc basis any closing related need
  • Participate in all internal closing related meetings

Reporting

  • Responsibility for ensuring data is accurate for reporting on fundraising data to Senior Management and external Boards
  • Ad-hoc support to the broader Product Strategy & Fundraising team on pipeline reporting to internal and external stakeholders

Knowledge and Experience Required

  • Degree qualified with solid experience managing data within MS Dynamics
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Meticulous attention to detail regarding data organization within CRM
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics, PowerBI and ideally Introhive
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Lookups/Pivots)
  • Experience organizing / setting up conference calls and meetings across multiple time zones
  • General knowledge of alternative investments desirable

Start Date

We are looking for the successful candidate to start in Jan/Feb 2027
