Investor Engagement and Strategic Events Manager
C&C Search is currently recruiting an Investor Engagement and Strategic Events Manager to join a growing, dynamic, and specialist start-up within the oil and gas industry.
The role involves international travel and exposure to high-profile investors and executives.
Position: Investor Engagement and Strategic Events Manager
Salary: £60,000-£70,000 + bonus
Hybrid set up: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home (international travel once every 6 weeks)

Key responsibilities for this Investor Engagement and Strategic Events Manager position:
- Conduct detailed research, taking briefs from clients and identifying relevant investors and companies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, clients, and senior stakeholders
- Produce events from private dinners to workshops, roundtables, and conferences; creating the concept ensuring it aligns with the purpose of the event and the overall experience is memorable and impactful
- Represent the business at events, building networks and engaging with UHNWI/investors on the ground
- Work closely with the internal team to deliver high-quality investor engagement strategies and project work
- Regular travel to the US

What background and experience are the company looking for?
- Similar experience and/or within investor relations, recruitment, oil and gas / related sector.
- Confident working in a research-heavy role
- Strong relationship-building skills are essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication
