About LegacyX
LegacyX UK Inc Limited is a technology company developing and operating digital platforms including Vortex, a social dating platform, and LXDC, a digital creations platform, alongside its developing AI and future technology initiatives.
LegacyX is currently seeking investment to accelerate product development, marketing, technology infrastructure, operations and growth.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a well-connected Investor Introducer with an established network of HNWIs, angel investors, family offices, venture capital firms and strategic investors.
The primary responsibility is to identify and introduce suitable investors to LegacyX who may have an interest in investing in the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify suitable investors within your existing network.
- Make warm introductions between potential investors and LegacyX.
- Introduce LegacyX to HNWIs, family offices, angel investors, VCs and strategic investors.
- Help facilitate initial investor conversations and meetings.
- Maintain professional relationships with introduced investors where appropriate.
- Work directly with the CEO regarding potential investment opportunities.
- Support the progression of introductions through the investment process.

Compensation
The Investor Introducer will receive an agreed success fee based on investment capital successfully raised through their qualifying introduction.
Payment is only made once:
- The investment has formally completed; and
- The investment funds have been received by LegacyX.
No payment will be made for introductions, meetings, expressions of interest or verbal commitments that do not result in completed investment.
No equity or shares will be provided as part of this role.
The specific success fee percentage and payment terms will be agreed in writing before the relevant introduction is made.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with:
- A strong and established investor network.
- Direct relationships with HNWIs, family offices, angels, VCs or strategic investors.
- Previous experience making successful investment introductions.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of technology, startups and growth businesses.
- A professional and discreet approach to investor relationships.

Fundraising Objective
The current objective is to support LegacyX in securing up to £2 million of investment to accelerate the company’s next stage of growth.
Reporting
The Investor Introducer will work directly with the Founder & CEO of LegacyX.
All investment terms, negotiations and final investment decisions will remain with LegacyX and its authorised representatives.
Application
Applicants should provide:
- CV or professional profile.
- Summary of their investor network.
- Previous fundraising/introduction experience.
- Typical investor cheque sizes within their network.
- Examples of relevant investment introductions they have facilitated.
- Proposed success-fee expectations.
LegacyX is looking for someone who can open doors to investors and is prepared to be rewarded when those introductions result in completed investment.
