£25,000 basic salary | £40,000+ OTE | Uncapped earning potential

Are you interested in property, good with people and naturally able to build relationships? We're looking for someone to become a key point of contact for The Property Centre's growing community of property investors and landlords.

This is not a traditional estate agency role.

You won't spend your day arranging viewings or sitting on a lettings desk.

Instead, you'll help us build and develop our TPC Investors Club and TPC Private Market, while creating regular events, opportunities and useful content for landlords and property investors across our market.

It's a public-facing, relationship-led role with a strong commercial side.

You'll get to know investors, understand what they're looking for, introduce them to opportunities and connect them with the right people across The Property Centre.

And because we want the person doing the role to benefit directly from the business they create, you'll receive a £25,000 basic salary with uncapped commission and expected earnings of £40,000+.

What does the role involve?

A big part of your role will be growing and looking after our TPC Investors Club.

  • You'll speak with investors, understand what they're looking to buy, learn about their plans and make sure we're showing them the opportunities most relevant to them.
  • You'll also help run our TPC Private Market, bringing together landlords who may be considering selling and investors looking for their next purchase.
  • Alongside this, you'll help organise regular landlord and investor webinars, seminars and events.
  • You'll work with our Media team to create useful investor content and campaigns, while working closely with our experienced Sales, Lettings and Property Management teams to make sure clients receive the right specialist advice when they need it.

Your week could include...

  • Welcoming a new member to the Investors Club and discussing what they're looking to buy.
  • Speaking with a landlord who may be considering selling one of their investment properties.
  • Matching an investor with a property being offered through TPC Private.
  • Planning our next landlord or investor seminar.
  • Working with our Head of Property Management on an upcoming webinar.
  • Helping film an educational property video with our Media team.
  • Speaking with an investor who wants to expand their portfolio.
  • Sharing investor requirements with our Sales teams.
  • Following up attendees from a recent event.
  • Introducing a landlord to our Lettings team for advice on property management.
  • Keeping in touch with our most active investors.
  • Looking at the opportunities and business generated through the Investors Club and deciding what we should do more of.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

No two weeks should look exactly the same.

What we're looking for

You don't necessarily need to have worked in this exact type of role before.

You might currently work in:

  • Estate agency.
  • Lettings.
  • Mortgages.
  • Financial services.
  • Recruitment.
  • Business development.
  • Account management.
  • Events.
  • Marketing.
  • Another relationship-led commercial position.

More important is the type of person you are.

You'll need to be confident speaking with people and comfortable building relationships with landlords and property investors.

You'll be naturally organised and proactive.

You'll be happy picking up the phone and starting a conversation.

You'll take an interest in what investors are trying to achieve rather than simply trying to sell them something.

You'll also need a commercial mindset.

While we're serious about providing investors with value, expertise and opportunities, this role ultimately exists to create relationships that generate business.

You'll therefore enjoy seeing the direct results of your work and will be motivated by an uncapped performance-related earning structure.

Property knowledge

Previous property experience would certainly be helpful, but it isn't essential.

You'll work alongside experienced Sales, Lettings and Property Management professionals, so we don't expect you to know the answer to every technical property question.

What we do need is someone capable of building the relationship, understanding what the client needs and bringing the right expert into the conversation.

An interest in property investment and a willingness to learn will be important.

Where does the role sit?

You'll work within our Media team and report to our Head of Media.

You'll work closely with colleagues across Sales, Lettings and Property Management, with technical support available from our Head of Property Management.

You won't directly manage these teams. Instead, you'll become the link between our investor community and the specialists across The Property Centre who can help them.

The package

  • £25,000 basic salary
  • £40,000+ realistic OTE
  • Uncapped performance-related earnings

Your additional earnings will be linked to genuine commercial outcomes created through your investor relationships, including Private Market transactions and new Sales and Lettings business.

The better you build the network and develop those relationships, the greater the earning opportunity.

About The Property Centre

The Property Centre is an independent estate and letting agency operating across Somerset and Bristol.

We believe the traditional estate agency model leaves a huge opportunity when it comes to property investors.

Between our Sales, Lettings, Property Management and Media teams, we already have an enormous amount of property knowledge, market information, investment opportunities and landlord expertise within the business.

Our aim is to bring that together.

Through our Investors Club, Private Market, educational content, webinars and seminars, we want The Property Centre to become the natural place for local property investors to build relationships, find opportunities and get genuinely useful advice.

This role will be at the centre of making that happen.

If you're good with people, interested in property and excited by the idea of building something that can become a significant part of an ambitious growing business, we'd love to hear from you.
