Investor Relations Analyst/Associate – London Location: London – in office 5 days a week
About the Firm: Our client is an institutional asset management firm operating across a wide range of asset classes and geographies, with expertise spanning global macro and credit.
About the Role: An established, rapidly growing asset management firm is seeking a bright and driven Investor Relations Analyst/Associate to join an established Investor Relations team.
Primary Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Marketing Materials, Reporting & Due Diligence
- Update marketing materials including monthly presentations, monthly/quarterly commentary, monthly risk reports, ad hoc presentations, and factsheets across an extensive product suite
- Maintain the firm's data room with the latest approved materials
- Complete bespoke investor DDQs in line with approved answers, liaising with content owners on new Q&A
- Update firm and fund template DDQs, working with content owners and Legal & Compliance for final approval
- Ensure all materials carry appropriate supporting documentation and disclaimers, and are formally approved prior to distribution
- Support the IR and Business Development teams with ad hoc requests and projects
- Participate in investor Operational Due Diligence meetings, taking notes and managing follow-up items

Investor Trades
- Provide prospective investors with fund documents and update the CRM with pipeline details
- Support processing of subscriptions, transfers, and redemptions for one of the firm's external-facing funds
- Liaise with the firm's external administrator to ensure complete documentation for existing and prospective investor accounts
- Maintain and reconcile investor data across pending and final capital activity
- Process investor legal documentation, including Subscription, Redemption and Transfer Documents

What We're Looking For:
- 2-5 years of experience in investor relations, within a fund/alternatives investment manager
- Ability to balance multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills across internal teams and external administrators
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with initiative and the ability to manage projects independently start-to-finish
- Interest in driving technological/process improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
