Who We Are
We operate embedded Investor Relations functions for Private Equity firms and Independent Sponsors, providing the people, processes and infrastructure required to scale.
Working as an extension of the manager’s team, we bring structure, continuity and execution to IR strategy, fundraising and long-term LP engagement.
We work alongside managers before, during and between fundraises - strengthening investor relationships, building institutional capability and ensuring IR remains a source of strategic advantage throughout the fund lifecycle.
Goldarch supports Private Capital managers across EMEA and North America.
The Role
We're hiring an Analyst to support the VP - Client Partners across a portfolio of GP client mandates. At Goldarch, we are the Investor Relations function for GPs who don't have one, or who need capacity alongside a lean in-house team. Fundraising and LP relationships for each client sit with the Goldarch team assigned to them, and that's where you'll operate.
This is a hands-on role: you'll learn primarily by doing and shadowing, across several clients rather than one firm. You'll get real exposure early, working directly on live client fundraises and reporting cycles, and take on more as you prove yourself.
What the role looks like day to day…
This is a highly varied role spanning multiple client mandates at once. As well as the typical IR responsibilities below, you'll conduct market research and support business planning across Goldarch's client base. You'll work closely with your VP - Client Partner, and directly with client GP teams — investment, finance and marketing functions — as needed.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
