INVESTOR RELATIONS EXECUTIVE – LONDON

Our client is a growing investment business with a strong reputation across the retail investor market, known for its commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion and for building teams where people can genuinely progress.

The Role

Sitting within a Retail Investor Relations team, this role provides high-quality service and support to retail investors and their financial advisers. You'll manage incoming queries by phone and email within agreed service levels, handle a range of administrative tasks, and have the opportunity to work closely with senior IR colleagues to become a go-to specialist for one of the firm's products, leading initiatives to improve related processes and communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to investor and adviser queries accurately and efficiently via phone and email
  • Support a newly implemented investor portal
  • Manage administrative processes end-to-end, including investor transfers and exits
  • Assist with periodic and ad-hoc investor/adviser communications, including valuations, reports, factsheets and dividend updates
  • Support the sales team and join client meetings to provide fund performance updates
  • Become a product specialist for one of the firm's tax-efficient investment products, leading related initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to improve service, reduce errors and increase efficiency
  • Gather and monitor investor feedback to shape service improvements
  • Help organise investor events and support client retention initiatives

About You

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to plan, prioritise and work effectively under pressure
  • Collaborative, proactive, and always looking to drive improvement
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a client-facing or customer service role within Financial Services
  • Basic understanding of retail investment products
  • Knowledge of tax-efficient products (VCTs, EIS, BR) is beneficial but not required
