Investor Relations Assistant- Financial Services - City of London - £25,000
Part Time 20 hours per week
- 4 days in the office & 1 remote day initially and then 3 days in the office and 2 working remotely – Early or late start considered.
We’re on the hunt for a highly organised and detail-oriented Investor Relations Assistant, with strong business acumen and client-facing skills. You will be the first point of contact for our valued clients and provide exceptional service and support.
This is a fast-paced role in a busy environment, so we’re looking for someone incredibly focused and professional with a business mind. Experience within asset management would be advantageous along with KYC/AML knowledge but not essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Investor Onboarding and Reporting
- Managing extensive diaries across several time zones
- Management of multiple email inboxes
- Maintain accurate up-to-date client records on the CRM System
- Undertaking research as required
- Preparing presentations, reports, and summaries
- Preparing Investor reports
- Coordinating meetings and preparing agendas and presentations
- Prepare and distribute marketing materials
- And much more!
What we’re looking for:
- Client-facing experience in any industry is a plus.
- Proven administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM systems is preferred
- A desire to learn about the asset management industry.
- Ability to work independently without supervision and as part of a team.
- Responsibility, integrity, and professionalism.
