A highly regarded wealth management firm is seeking an ambitious and organised Investor Relations Associate to join its growing team in London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with experience supporting sales, distribution, client relationship management, or investor-facing teams within the asset management or wealth management industry. The role offers significant exposure to investment markets, investor communications, wealth managers, and senior industry stakeholders, making it an ideal next step for someone looking to build a long-term career in investor relations.
The Opportunity
As an Investor Relations Associate, you will play a key role in managing and executing investor engagement initiatives, helping investment products reach a broad network of wealth managers and investment professionals across the UK.
Working closely with sales, research, and client-facing teams, you will support the delivery of investor communications, organise events and roadshows, gather investor feedback, and help strengthen relationships with both existing and prospective investors. The position offers a unique combination of relationship management, event coordination, market engagement, and strategic communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute tailored investor communication programmes on behalf of clients.
- Coordinate and support investor roadshows, results presentations, capital markets events, investor lunches, and client meetings.
- Organise and host both virtual and in-person events, ensuring seamless execution and stakeholder engagement.
- Gather investor feedback and prepare detailed reports following meetings, roadshows, and events.
- Build and maintain relationships with wealth managers and investment professionals across London, Edinburgh, and the wider UK.
- Collaborate with sales, distribution, and research teams to identify opportunities to increase investor engagement and product visibility.
- Utilise investor and audience data to identify market trends, investor preferences, and engagement opportunities.
- Support the delivery of key communications and marketing initiatives aimed at growing investor awareness and participation.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have experience in a sales support, distribution support, client services, investor services, or relationship management role within an asset management or wealth management business and be looking to develop a career in investor relations.
Requirements
- Experience within asset management, wealth management, fund management, investor relations, fund distribution, or financial services.
- Experience supporting sales, distribution, relationship management, or investor-facing teams.
- Understanding of investment funds, investment trusts, and financial markets.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach and genuine interest in investment markets.
- Confidence using data and market insights to support business and investor engagement activities.
