This is a full-time, remote role for an Investor Relations Associate. The Investor Relations Associate will support communication and relationship management with institutional investors, family offices, sovereign stakeholders, and strategic partners across multiple regions. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Preparing investor materials and presentations
- Drafting updates and briefings
- Coordinating data and reports for ongoing mandates and capital raising activities
- Conducting research and analysis on investments, private equity transactions, and frontier market opportunities
- Summarizing findings in clear, investor-ready formats
The role involves collaborating with advisory, project finance, and sector teams to ensure consistent messaging, maintaining investor databases and tracking tools, and assisting in organizing virtual meetings, roadshows, and stakeholder engagements.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess:
- Strong Investor Relations and Communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear briefings, presentations, and stakeholder updates
- Robust Analytical Skills and Investments knowledge, with experience interpreting financial data, market trends, and transaction structures
- Familiarity with Private Equity and related investment vehicles, including an understanding of fund dynamics, deal pipeline, and LP/GP interaction
- Relevant skills such as financial modeling, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency, and the ability to synthesize complex information for senior stakeholders are highly beneficial

A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, international relations, or a related field, along with prior experience in investor relations, investment banking, private equity, or asset management, is preferred. Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities across time zones, and maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion is essential. Interest in frontier markets, public-private partnerships, and sectors such as infrastructure, clean energy, healthcare, and technology is an advantage.
