About Us
InvestorOps is the investor relations and capital raising division of AxisKey (formerly Industry FinTech), dedicated exclusively to helping private market companies grow their investor base and successfully raise capital.
Through InvestorOps, we recruit, train, and support investor relations professionals who become an extension of our clients' teams, helping manage investor pipelines, build meaningful investor relationships, and execute capital raising strategies.
Headquartered in Miami with a growing global team, we support leading private equity firms, real estate sponsors, venture capital funds, startups, and other private market companies across the United States.
We're looking for ambitious professionals who enjoy relationship building, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to build a long-term career in investor relations and private capital markets.
The Role
We're hiring an Investor Relations Associate to work directly with one of our U.S.-based clients as part of our InvestorOps team.
In this role, you'll become an extension of your client's team, helping them grow their investor network, manage investor communications, nurture prospective investors, and support capital raising efforts from initial outreach through investor onboarding.
Whether you already have experience in investor relations or are looking to build a career in private capital, you'll receive ongoing training, coaching, and support from our InvestorOps leadership team while working alongside experienced professionals in the industry.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
