We are working with an established, mission-driven investment management firm, known for its long-term and sustainability-focused approach to investing, looking to hire an Associate into their Product team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make the move from banking into investment management, offering genuine breadth and exposure from day one. The role sits at the intersection of investments, product and fundraising, with a strong focus on the firm's private markets strategies, and offers the chance to work very closely with a highly regarded investment and fundraising team. The successful candidate will help ensure that colleagues across the business have the content, analysis and materials they need to represent the firm and its strategies effectively with investors.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting product strategy and development across the firm's private markets strategies
  • Managing a range of projects across the Product team
  • Developing presentations, investor materials and other strategic content
  • Working closely with investment teams to translate complex information into clear, commercially relevant messaging
  • Supporting colleagues ahead of investor meetings and fundraising activity
  • Undertaking analysis and helping to develop the data and information required for investor conversations
  • Coordinating across multiple internal stakeholders and ensuring projects continue to move forward
  • Taking ownership of several workstreams simultaneously in a fast-moving environment

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
