Job Opportunity: Investor Relations Professional
We are partnering with an established investment management firm looking to expand its Investor Relations team in London.
This opportunity suits a client-focused professional with strong analytical skills and experience supporting investors within private markets or alternative investments. You will help manage investor relationships across EMEA, working closely with teams across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support investor relationships, responding to enquiries on investment strategies, fund performance, and portfolio developments.
- Prepare investor reports, presentations, and other client communications.
- Coordinate investor onboarding alongside legal, compliance, and operational teams.
- Manage reporting deadlines and ensure investors receive accurate, timely information.
- Provide analytical support for investor updates and fundraising materials.
- Maintain investor records and communication platforms.
- Help improve client servicing processes and the overall investor experience.

Candidate Profile
- Fluency in German is essential, alongside excellent written and spoken English.
- At least five years of relevant experience in investor relations, investment management, financial analysis, or a related legal role.
- A background in private markets or alternative investments would be particularly relevant; real estate knowledge is desirable.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with close attention to detail.
- Confidence communicating with investors and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
- A proactive approach and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
- Bachelor’s degree.
