Loan & Investor Servicing Associate - Real Estate Finance - London
I’m working with an established, entrepreneurial real estate finance business looking to add a Loan & Investor Servicing Associate to its Private Client team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful boutique lender with a strong track record in the market, providing structured finance for some genuinely interesting and complex real estate transactions across the UK.
Unlike a traditional servicing role within a large institution, you’ll have real visibility across the business, working closely with an experienced senior team and building relationships directly with both property borrowers and HNW/private investors.
The role sits right at the intersection of real estate lending and private investment, giving you exposure to both sides of the transaction.

You’ll be involved in:
- Servicing property loans from completion through to repayment
- Interest, fees, drawdowns, extensions and redemptions
- Investor onboarding, KYC/AML and ongoing monitoring
- Investor statements, interest payments and capital distributions
- Building relationships with HNW/private investors and responding to investment queries
- Liaising directly with borrowers regarding their facilities
- Working closely with Finance, Lending and the wider Private Client team

It would particularly suit someone who enjoys the technical side of loan or investment servicing but wants more variety, more client interaction and greater exposure to the wider real estate finance business.
We’re looking for someone with around 3–5 years’ relevant experience within loan servicing, investor servicing, private credit or real estate finance. Experience working with HNW/private investors would be particularly valuable.
