Company Description
Fracct is a real estate investment and financing platform focused on structuring, funding, and co-investing in high-value real estate opportunities across Western Europe and the UK.
We specialise in:
- Residential and commercial bridge loans
- Development and acquisition financing
- Direct and partner-based lending through institutional and private capital
- Strategic exits and asset management
We combine direct lending with access to a wide network of family offices, institutional lenders, and private capital providers.
Fracct seeks a Investor Relations Executive to actively raise funds to deploy into our private credit strategy by building relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and HNI clients across Europe and the UK. You will be the primary point of contact representing Fracct to potential investors, presenting opportunities, and securing capital commitments that fuel company growth.
This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential — there's no fixed base salary, but the commission structure is designed to reward performance generously, and with the volume and value of deals currently coming through, high performers stand to earn significantly more than a traditional salaried package would offer. For the right person, this is an opportunity to be paid in direct proportion to the impact they make.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
