About TowerBrook

TowerBrook Capital Partners is a purpose-driven, transatlantic investment firm that works to grow and improve large and middle-market businesses by partnering with management teams and employees to build excellent companies that make a positive impact on society. TowerBrook manages more than $28 billion of assets on behalf of its investors. TowerBrook seeks to deliver superior, risk-adjusted returns to investors on a consistent basis, guided by TowerBrook Responsible Ownership™ principles which are central to the firm’s value creation strategy. TowerBrook partners with talented, experienced managers and senior advisors who share the firm’s values and support its investment objectives, providing capital and resources to transform the capabilities and prospects of the businesses in which it invests, driving better outcomes for all stakeholders. TowerBrook takes an entrepreneurial, multinational, single-team approach and since inception in 2001, has invested in more than 90 companies on both sides of the Atlantic, across its three strategies:

  • TowerBrook’s Private Equity strategy is based on the focused, proprietary sourcing of selected, control-oriented investment opportunities and on a proactive, value-added approach to improving businesses and positioning them for sustainable growth. PE funds invest in large and midsize companies in a range of sectors on both sides of the Atlantic.
  • TowerBrook’s Structured Opportunities (TSO) strategy allows the firm to identify and develop a broad array of opportunities, principally via structured equity investments. TSO funds typically make minority investments in businesses where founders or shareholders are seeking not only capital but a partner who can add value to their business.
  • TowerBrook’s Delta strategy focuses on lower mid-market companies whose products or services create important positive outcomes for planet or people. Delta partners with management teams of high growth, profitable companies to unlock their full value and impact potential, typically via majority partnerships, and in select cases, as a minority partner where there is strong alignment in vision and value creation approach.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Work Placement Opportunity

TowerBrook is looking for an intern to join the Investor Relations team in London. This is a six-month placement designed for someone at the start of their career who wants to understand how a transatlantic private equity firm raises capital, reports to its investors and measures performance. You will work day to day with a small, close-knit and dynamic team while gaining exposure to every TowerBrook team, including senior management. No prior private equity experience is required. You will contribute to the following workstreams:

  • Preparation of investor presentation materials (including case studies, marketing decks and brochures)
  • Preparation of annual meeting materials
  • Preparation of quarterly reporting
  • Tracking and reporting of investor base using our CRM system
  • Assisting with fundraising RFIs, DDQs and other ad-hoc investor requests
  • Assisting with portfolio analysis and performance benchmarking.

The intern will be considered a full member of the TowerBrook team from the outset, with genuine ownership of their workstreams rather than observational tasks. We are looking for a self-starter with high attention to detail who is responsive to the requirements of senior-level professionals working to tight timescales on both sides of the Atlantic, and who is curious enough to ask questions and learn quickly.
