We are looking for someone with a strong communications background to join the Investor Relations team on a short-term assignment. The Investor Relations Manager will support external communications with the Investor Relations team, as well as be responsible for the Integrated Annual Report and communication on Sustainability and Governance topics. Importantly, a finance background is not required for this role in the team.
Internally, you will interact and collaborate with key functions for reporting, operational understanding, and keeping abreast of key events within the company.
The role will operate at the highest level within the organisation and you must be confident to work closely with senior management. You will be part of a small but high-profile team that is highly rated, both internally and externally, and your skills and contributions will help to improve that further.
Our Investor Relations Manager:
- Leads the Integrated Annual Report project including: setting strategic context, working with a range of senior stakeholders across the business, partnering with the external agency, leading SteerCo meetings, creation of content for the strategic section, working closely and collaborating with the project manager in the IR team
- Partners with colleagues in the Sustainability and Governance teams to engage with investors on those topics, including improving our materials and communication of the Sustainability strategy, remuneration and governance engagement with investors, including working alongside the Chair of the Remuneration Committee (if required), and preparing for Sustainability investor conferences
- Takes ownership of the content of the investor relations section of the company website: suggest improvements, create content, and execute on timely updates to it
- Develops and maintains strong internal relationships to ensure a strong understanding of Coca-Cola HBC’s operations
- Contributes to investor communication and results materials: including presentations (leading role), briefing notes, press releases and additional fact sheets/investor decks
- Contributes to improving materials and the overall IR programme to ensure it is “best in class”
- Attends IR industry events, seminars and conferences to bring back ideas and insights back into the IR team

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
