Roadshow Manager (9-12 Month FTC)

We are supporting a leading global financial advisory firm in their search for a Roadshow Manager to join their London office on a 9-12 month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a highly visible position within a collaborative, client-facing team responsible for delivering high-profile roadshows and conferences across EMEA and APAC. Joining during a particularly exciting period of growth and change, you will play a key role in the delivery of major investor events and conferences, working closely with senior stakeholders and colleagues across multiple international offices. This role offers significant ownership, exposure and the opportunity to make a real impact within a fast-paced environment.
The Role
This is a hands-on Roadshow Manager position requiring strong event management expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will take ownership of roadshows and conference activity from planning through to execution, while also acting as a senior member of a collaborative global team.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the end-to-end delivery of roadshows and conferences across EMEA, with some APAC exposure
- Owning logistics, scheduling and stakeholder coordination for roadshow activity
- Leading on-site event delivery and ensuring a seamless experience for attendees
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Managing client-facing communication with professionalism and confidence
- Supporting major conference delivery and event execution during peak periods
- Working closely with international colleagues across multiple offices
- Acting as a key point of contact and supporting wider team initiatives as required

- Core Hours: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, with flexibility required around major events
- Hybrid: 1 Day WFH
- Up to £90k (depending on experience)

About You
This role will suit an experienced roadshow, events or conference professional who enjoys operating in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Previous experience managing roadshows, conferences or large-scale events
- Financial services experience is highly desirable
- Experience leading projects, teams or event delivery
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Flexible and comfortable supporting events during peak periods
- Collaborative, resilient and solutions-focused
- Calm and professional under pressure
