We are partnering with a global private markets investment manager to appoint an Investor Relations Manager in London, supporting its digital infrastructure strategies.

This is an opportunity to work closely with capital formation and investment teams across fundraising, investor engagement and product positioning.

Key responsibilities

  • Support fundraising activities and ongoing relationships with institutional investors.
  • Manage investor due diligence processes, coordinating DDQs, RFPs and responses to investor queries.
  • Prepare and maintain fundraising materials, investor presentations and fund updates.
  • Translate investment strategy, portfolio developments and performance into clear investor communications.
  • Coordinate investor meetings, annual general meetings and follow-up activities.
  • Work closely with investment, finance and legal teams to deliver accurate and timely information.
  • Maintain CRM records and track investor engagement and fundraising progress.

  • Relevant experience in investor relations, capital formation, product specialist roles or private capital advisory.
  • A strong understanding of private markets and closed-end fund structures.
  • Infrastructure experience preferred, with digital infrastructure exposure particularly valuable.
  • Experience producing investor materials and managing institutional due diligence.
  • Strong written communication, analytical and project management skills.
  • A collaborative approach and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
