Capital Solutions & Investor Relations Associate

London | Hybrid Working

We're partnering with a leading infrastructure investment manager to recruit a Capital Solutions & Investor Relations Associate.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and highly regarded investment platform, supporting investor engagement, fundraising initiatives and strategic communications across a range of private market investment strategies.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll gain exposure to institutional investors, fund management teams and investment professionals while playing a key role in investor relations, fundraising and marketing activities.

The Role

As a Capital Solutions & Investor Relations Associate, you will support a broad range of investor-facing and business-critical activities, including:

  • Assisting with the preparation of RFPs, DDQs and fundraising materials
  • Creating and maintaining investor presentations, pitch books, teasers and marketing collateral
  • Preparing investor reports, sustainability reports and responses to investor enquiries
  • Supporting fundraising meetings through research, analysis and briefing materials
  • Maintaining accurate information on investment strategies, portfolio performance and pipeline activity
  • Conducting investor, market and competitor research
  • Supporting investor communications, website content and thought leadership initiatives
  • Coordinating investor events, roadshows, due diligence sessions and stakeholder meetings
  • Managing CRM systems and ensuring investor data remains accurate and up to date
  • Supporting ESG and sustainability-related reporting and initiatives

About You

We're looking for an ambitious, proactive and highly organised professional with experience gained within investor relations, fundraising, capital raising, asset management, private markets, investment management, financial services communications or a related field.

You will be a strong communicator with excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality materials for institutional and professional audiences.

You'll also bring:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and project management abilities
  • Strong analytical and research capabilities
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Confidence interacting with senior stakeholders and investors
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience using CRM platforms and productivity tools
  • A genuine interest in infrastructure investing, private markets and investor engagement
