Job Title

Our client, a global Private Equity firm in London, are looking to hire a Senior Associate or Vice President into their Investor Relations team. This role will be a Project Management role looking after existing investor relationships and overseeing all PPMs, DDQs, and fund-related materials for LPs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing existing investor relationships
  • Overseeing all PPMs (Private Placement Memorandums), DDQs (Due Diligence Questionnaires), and fund-related materials for LPs (Limited Partners)

Ideal Candidate

  • 5-10 years of experience in Investor Relations (IR) or at a Placement Agent
  • Preference for experience in Private Markets including Private Equity, Private Credit, or Real Assets
