The Role in a Nutshell 🐿️

As an Invoice Processing Coordinator at Sustainable Energy First, you’ll be at the heart of turning complex invoice data into powerful insights that drive value and helps identify opportunities for additional revenue, supporting exceptional client outcomes. Your work will directly contribute to the success of both our business and our customers.

Collaborating closely with Validation and Financial Reporting Analysts, you’ll play a key role in upholding the highest standards of data accuracy and quality. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will enhance data integrity, improve operational efficiency, and help ensure we consistently exceed client expectations while achieving our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Own the Data

  • Take charge of invoice data, ensuring every detail is accurate, complete, and audit-ready
  • Process invoice data efficiently, both manually and electronically, with precision and pace
  • Thrive in a fast-moving environment, consistently delivering to tight deadlines

Keep Things Moving

  • Source original and credit invoices from supplier portals, ensuring nothing slips through the net
  • Partner with suppliers to resolve billing issues and standardise invoice formats for seamless processing

Collaborate to Deliver Excellence

  • Work hand-in-hand with Validation and Financial Reporting Analysts to maintain exceptional data quality
  • Build strong relationships with Analysts and Strategic Account Managers to quickly resolve data issues and minimise delays
  • Engage directly with suppliers to troubleshoot and resolve invoice and electronic data challenges

Solve Problems, Add Value

  • Proactively identify and resolve data entry issues, keeping workflows smooth and efficient
  • Tackle challenges head-on to prevent delays and improve overall processing performance

  • Play a key role in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our data processes
  • Your work will help uncover opportunities for additional revenue and cost savings, directly benefiting our clients and the business
