Are you a detail-driven professional who enjoys solving problems, working with data and delivering a great customer experience? We're looking for an Invoicing Analyst to join our UK Operations team on a 12-month fixed-term contract and play a key role in ensuring our billing processes run smoothly and accurately.
In this role, you'll work closely with teams across Operations, Commercial and Finance to deliver timely invoicing, investigate and resolve billing queries, and help drive continuous improvement. Whether you're looking to further develop your analytical skills or bring your existing invoicing experience into a dynamic environment, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact from day one.

What Will You Do
- Produce accurate and timely customer invoices, ensuring billing schedules, data integrity and service levels are consistently met.
- Investigate billing discrepancies and analyse invoicing trends to identify issues, mitigate risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Resolve billing queries from both internal and external stakeholders, delivering a positive customer experience and effective first-contact resolution.
- Partner with Operations, Commercial and Finance teams to resolve complex issues and support wider business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and data quality, helping to drive greater efficiency and accuracy across the invoicing function.
- Contribute to maintaining robust financial controls and compliance with company policies and procedures.

What Will You Bring
- Experience in a customer-facing, billing, invoicing, operations or administrative environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues, identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
- Confidence working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to analyse and manage data.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly to colleagues, customers and stakeholders.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to build effective working relationships across different teams.
- Experience within the UK Gas & Power industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
- A degree or equivalent qualification is desirable.
