Job Title: iOS Developer
Location: London, UK (Hybrid, 2-3 days/week WFO)
Duration: 6 months (Inside IR35)
Job Description:
This position is ideal for professionals to join the mobile development team as an iOS Developer, responsible for design and implementation of mobile applications. As an iOS developer, the candidate will be a contributor in the execution of the strategic direction for the company. The ideal candidate is expected to have proven extensive experience in developing scalable and secure iOS mobile apps.
Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable and modular application architectures.
- Responsible for contributing to and being a champion of consumer-facing iOS apps.
- Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and backend teams to propose efficient user experience solutions.
- Develop, test, and maintain iOS applications using Swift. Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of the apps.
- Perform and lead code reviews to ensure best practices and maintain code quality.
- Implement Unit Tests, UI tests, and work with CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure the app follows Apple's security guidelines.
- Prepare and submit apps to the App Store.
- Mentor other developers, ensuring the quality of their code and design.
- Demonstrate teamwork skills with a solid foundation on iOS/hybrid frameworks.
- Highly motivated, creative, self-learner, excellent communication and presentation skills.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
What we're looking for

- 8+ years of experience in building native mobile apps in iOS platform using the latest SDK versions.
- Experience in hybrid/android mobile application is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in Swift UI is a must.
- Good understanding of mobile development frameworks and platforms, device manufacturers, and mobile browsers.
- Ability to distribute apps using Appstore distribution.
- Good understanding of mobile apps CI/CD process.
- Experience with GraphQL, REST API concepts, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Good knowledge in profiling apps using instruments.
- Experience in writing automation tests and Unit tests.
- Experience in using Git source control.
- Experience working in distributed teams.
