I'm working with a high-growth consumer beauty and wellness business that's using technology to build a genuinely differentiated e-commerce experience for its growing member base. They're now looking for a Senior iOS Engineer to help shape the next stage of their mobile product.
The app launched around 18 months ago and is now at an exciting point in its development. Rather than joining a large mobile team and owning a small part of the roadmap, you'll be the senior iOS specialist within a lean team, working closely with Engineering, Product and UX to influence both what gets built and how it's built.
The Opportunity
You'll have genuine ownership over the iOS application, helping evolve it from its existing e-commerce foundations into a broader mobile experience for customers.
You'll be involved in:
- Building and evolving the iOS application using Swift
- Designing scalable mobile architecture
- Developing new shopping and customer experiences
- Integrating APIs and services across the wider technology platform
- Working closely with Product, UX and other engineering teams
- Improving app quality through automated testing, observability and performance
- Contributing to the mobile technology roadmap
- Mentoring and sharing best practice across the wider engineering team

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

They're looking for a strong Senior iOS Engineer who is comfortable operating autonomously and making decisions without needing a large team around them.
You'll ideally have:
- Strong commercial experience with Swift
- Experience with SwiftUI and/or UIKit
- Strong API integration and backend service experience
- Good engineering fundamentals around architecture, testing and application quality
- Experience working closely with Product and Design
- A genuine interest in understanding customers and using data to improve the product
Experience with consumer apps, e-commerce or membership/subscription products would be a bonus, but isn't essential.
