About the Company
This company builds the AI workspace where major financial institutions run their most document-heavy work. They convert complex, manual processes into automated AI systems, scaling across global teams. They're growing rapidly, backed by leading investors.
The core product is web-based. Now, they need a native iOS experience, not a wrapper. You'll own the entire iOS architecture, from interaction patterns and offline behavior to testing and release. This means rebuilding existing web products for mobile, defining what "native" truly means for this product, and owning the design system. It's a greenfield build, not just maintaining an existing app.

The Work
- Architect and build a new native iOS application from the ground up, translating complex web products into intuitive mobile experiences.
- Define the entire iOS technical stack and standards: interaction patterns, offline data management, notifications, and performance.
- Own the mobile design system, ensuring coherence and scalability as the product evolves.
- Establish the testing, observability, and release pipelines for a production-grade iOS application.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and web engineering teams to adapt existing product surfaces without losing core intent.
What You Bring
- Shipped multiple native iOS applications in Swift and SwiftUI, with end-to-end ownership.
- Proven experience designing scalable iOS architectures that support growing teams and evolving products.
- Deep expertise in mobile interaction patterns, offline data management, and network degradation strategies.
- Experience owning and maintaining a production-grade mobile design system.
- Ability to define and implement robust testing, observability, and release pipelines for iOS.
