Role Description
As an IoT Technician, you’ll help develop and maintain digital dashboards, create insightful reports and support the delivery of new IoT technology solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically curious individual who enjoys working with data, solving problems and contributing to innovative projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to develop and enhance digital dashboards and control platforms.
- Support the implementation and management of dashboards using tools like JavaScript and MQTT or similar technologies.
- Assist in building, testing and deploying software solutions to capture and visualise operational data collected at the edge.
- Work with colleagues to optimise data flows, system processes and platform performance.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and integrate new approaches where appropriate.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues within dashboards or connected systems.
- Contribute technical ideas and solutions to help innovate and continuously improve platform functionality.
Skills & Experience
- Experience or familiarity with JavaScript, Python, MQTT and similar technologies; training will be provided to build your skills.
- Comfortable working with web based dashboards or reporting tools such as ThingsBoard.
- Curious and enthusiastic about using data and technology to solve problems and improve processes.
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- Good communication skills to work collaboratively with the team and support client needs.
- A proactive, solution focused attitude, keen to learn, develop and contribute to meaningful projects.

In return as IoT Technician, you’ll receive a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience. You’ll join a collaborative, innovation focused team, using your curiosity and problem solving skills to support the development and management of digital dashboards and data solutions.
