IP Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced IP Engineering Manager to lead our small third-line engineering and network build teams. You’ll play a critical role in standardising the delivery of new services, managing resource allocation, ensuring technical consistency, and enabling seamless handover into live operations.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring that infrastructure and project delivery align with operational readiness, compliance, and business efficiency, with a strong focus on SD-WAN deployment, Fortinet estate management, licensing, and vendor engagement.

Responsibilities:

Project Delivery & Service Transition:

  • Own the end-to-end technical delivery of infrastructure projects into live service.
  • Work with Solution Architects and Technical Design Authority to ensure new technologies meet through-life support standards.
  • Validate configuration templates and ensure accurate metadata for ITSM and monitoring platforms.
  • Ensure robust service transition processes with full documentation, operational readiness, and support protocols.

Major Incident & Escalation Management:

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
