IP Support Specialist - Trade Marks

Are you passionate about Intellectual Property and seeking a stimulating career? We have an excellent opportunity in our client's trademark team for an IP Support Specialist!

The firm are an IP powerhouse, who pride themselves on being innovative with an inclusive, driven, and supportive culture. They are keen to recruit a strong team player who shares our values and has experience in IP support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbox management
  • Fee Earner/Workload Organisation - including deadline and reminder management
  • Preparing correspondence (including standard letters)
  • Typing audio and copy
  • Client billing/e-billing
  • Updating our document management system
  • Liaising with clients and attorneys
  • Preparing, editing and finalising documents
  • Watch notices – retrieving these from the relevant platform and sending them to the client

  • Excellent communication skills
