Work Pattern: Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM
Salary: £35,444 per annum

Location: East Norfolk with travel to other sites as and when required, your base location will be the nearest hub
Due to the nature of the role a driver licence with business insurance and access to a vehicle is essential for this role, mileage is paid at 45p per mile for cars after your home to work base mileage is deducted.
The Role
As an IPS Team Leader, you will play a central role in ensuring that people with health conditions, disabilities and complex barriers receive high‑quality, evidence‑based employment support. You will lead, inspire and support a team of Employment Specialists, helping them deliver excellent IPS practice and empowering clients to move into meaningful, sustained employment.
This is a dynamic, people‑focused leadership role where no day is the same. Part of the role includes:
- Coaching, motivating and supervising your team to deliver outstanding IPS support.
- Ensuring high‑quality service delivery through audits, field mentoring and reflective practice.
- Building positive relationships with referrers, employers and community partners to champion the role of work in recovery.
- Overseeing team performance, analysing outcomes and ensuring contractual and IPS fidelity standards are met.
- Maintaining a small caseload of clients with more complex needs to model best practice to the team.

You Will Bring
- Experience supporting, guiding or motivating others (e.g., coaching, mentoring, supervision or leading projects).
- Experience of working with people with mental health conditions and additional support needs.
- Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to prioritise and delegate effectively.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with confidence to engage employers, clinicians and stakeholders.
- A track record of achieving and monitoring performance targets.
- Personal credibility, resilience, empathy and a collaborative leadership style.
- Knowledge of the IPS model and principles, or a willingness to develop this quickly through training.
- A commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance
Experience of delivering training, working with employers, or working in the voluntary or mental health sector is desirable but not essential.
