IP & Technology Transactions Lawyer | London | 2-5PQE
We are working with a leading international law firm seeking an ambitious junior associate to join its highly regarded IP & Technology Transactions practice in London.
The team advises on the IP, technology, data, and commercial aspects of sophisticated corporate transactions, alongside a broad range of standalone technology and commercial matters. The practice works closely with market-leading private equity and M&A teams on complex, high-value, and often cross-border transactions.

The successful associate can expect exposure to matters including:

This is an excellent opportunity for a 2PQE+ or more senior lawyer looking to build a specialist transactional practice while remaining closely involved in major corporate deals.

Candidates should have strong academics and relevant experience from a leading City, international, or US law firm. Experience across technology transactions, commercial IP, IT, or transactional support would be particularly relevant.
