We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic nurse to join our friendly Integrated Procedures Unit (IPU) team at The Christie NHS Foundation Trust.

About the IPU
The IPU is a dynamic service comprising:
- Endoscopy
- Procedures
- Interventional Radiology
- Pain Clinics
- Plastic Dressing Clinics
- Second-Stage Recovery
- Theatre Services
Role Responsibilities
As a Band 7 Clinical Unit Manager, you will:
- Provide clinical and operational leadership
- Support staff development
- Help ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centred care
You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams across the Trust, contributing to:
- Service development
- Quality improvement
- Introduction of new procedures and technologies

Key Requirements
The successful candidate will be:
- An NMC-registered nurse
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Experienced in delivering high-quality patient care
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Experienced in medical and surgical nursing
You will:
- Demonstrate a passion for patient care
- Be committed to service improvement and innovation
- Support and develop staff within a multidisciplinary environment

- Outpatient Clinics
- The Procedures Team
- Endoscopy
- Interventional Radiology
- Day of Surgery Admissions and Theatre Services
