Costain Area 14 Maintenance & Response (M&R) Framework Team
Costain is seeking a Traffic Management (IPV) Foreperson to provide vital protection for road workers and road users. This role will involve operating an Impact Protection Vehicle (IPV) in line with Traffic Signs Manual (TSM) Chapter 8, ensuring adherence to strict safety regulations and risk minimisation during temporary traffic management.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring safety compliance by following Traffic Management Standards and company guidelines.
- Maintaining smooth traffic flow to reduce public disruption while prioritising worksite safety.
- Taking responsibility for Health and Safety (SHE)—leading by example, setting standards for team members, and fostering a strong Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) culture.
