Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Governance & Framework Management

  • Work with the Central Operations team to design, maintain, and continuously improve the company's internal IR35 policy, compliance workflows, and auditing processes.
  • Monitor Statement of Work (SoW) agreements and consultancy vendors to prevent "hidden" workforce supply chains and ensure genuine service delivery.

Risk, Audit & Reporting

  • Lead routine internal audits of active contractors and supply chain partners to ensure continuous alignment with the issued SDS.
  • Maintain accurate, audit-ready compliance logs and documentation to protect the business against potential HMRC investigations.
  • Provide regular risk metrics, trend analysis, and operational reports to senior leadership.

Education & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Deliver ongoing training and workshops to hiring managers, talent acquisition, and procurement teams to embed IR35 awareness.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external recruitment agencies, Outsourced Service Providers (MSPs), and legal partners regarding off-payroll compliance.

  • Proven track record of managing temporary workforce compliance within a large corporate environment.
  • Ability to interpret complex tax legislation and translate it into practical, business-friendly operational processes.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with experience handling sensitive contractor disputes and status appeals.
