Their expert team delivers rope access, confined space access, suspended working platforms and marine access services, enabling inspection, maintenance and repair work in even the most demanding environments. With safety at the heart of everything they do, Inspired Access supports complex infrastructure projects by providing reliable, efficient access solutions where conventional methods simply won’t work.
What will you be doing?
As an IRATA Level 3 Supervisor at Inspired Access, part of British Engineering Services Group, you will lead rope access teams across a diverse range of projects, ensuring all work is carried out safely, efficiently and to the highest professional standards. You'll play a key role in supervising site operations, mentoring others, and delivering exceptional service to our clients nationwide.

You will also:
- Ensure proper care of site equipment and report any damage or defects promptly.
- Determine the most suitable access methods for each site/workface on a dynamic basis.
- Support the safe and efficient delivery of projects.
- Compile and submit accurate site documentation.
- Work flexibly across the UK, including periods of accommodation away from home.
- Cooperate with quality, safety, and environmental objectives and contribute to continual improvement initiatives.

To join our team, you will need:
- IRATA Level 3 certification.
- First Aid certification.
- Adequate rope hours and varied experience across a range of rope access scenarios and environments.
- PTS (Railway projects only).
- A full UK Driving License.
- To be medically fit
