Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, real-time support to customers via phone, email, and chat in the Irish language.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Irish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this position.
  • Valid EU passport holder (this is a firm requirement for legal employment).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ideally gained in a customer support services environment.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in English to facilitate professional communication within our international office.
