Elevate is seeking an experienced Ironclad CLM Implementation & Legal Operations Specialist to lead a high-profile contract lifecycle management (CLM) implementation project. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal operations professional with deep Ironclad expertise to play a pivotal role in transforming legal processes within a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Working closely with Legal, Finance, Engineering, Procurement and wider business stakeholders, you will act as the primary subject matter expert throughout the implementation, driving best practices, optimising workflows and ensuring a successful rollout of the Ironclad platform.
Engagement Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: Through to December 2026, with the potential to extend
- Hours: 20–30 hours per week
- Location: Fully Remote
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the end-to-end implementation of the Ironclad CLM platform.
- Act as the primary subject matter expert for Ironclad, providing strategic guidance and technical expertise throughout the project.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable CLM workflows, approval processes and automation.
- Partner with Legal, Finance, Engineering and other business stakeholders to design and optimise contract lifecycle processes.
- Configure, test and support the implementation of Ironclad workflows, templates and reporting capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to improve legal operations, contract management processes and overall operational efficiency.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training and change management activities to drive successful adoption.
- Troubleshoot implementation challenges and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors where required.
- Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to key stakeholders on project progress.

Requirements
- Proven experience leading or supporting Ironclad CLM implementations.
- Strong background in Legal Operations, Contract Lifecycle Management or Legal Technology.
- Hands-on experience configuring and optimising Ironclad workflows and automation.
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Engineering and business teams.
- Excellent project management, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a process improvement mindset.
- Experience with legal technology integrations and contract management best practices is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
