Fuel your passion

As an I&S Geozone Sales Leader, you will lead the commercial growth of the Integrated Solutions business within an assigned country. You will be developing and executing sales strategies, driving opportunity pipeline development, strengthening strategic customer relationships, and securing profitable business opportunities aligned with regional and global objectives.

Responsibilities

As an I&S Geozone Sales Leader, you will:

  • Developing and executing country sales strategies aligned with regional business priorities.
  • Building and maintaining a healthy opportunity pipeline across oil & gas and energy transition markets.
  • Identifying new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market entry strategies.
  • Establishing and maintaining executive-level relationships with key customers, NOCs, IOCs, and strategic partners.
  • Leading qualification and pursuit of strategic business opportunities, including bid/no-bid decisions.
  • Developing commercial strategies, pricing benchmarks, contract negotiations, and compelling customer value propositions.
  • Ensuring a seamless transition from sales pursuit to project execution following contract award.
  • Delivering revenue, orders, margin targets, and improving commercial profitability while maintaining pricing discipline.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Have 10+ years of commercial leadership experience within the oil & gas, energy, or industrial sectors.
  • Have proven experience leading large tenders, commercial proposals, and complex contract negotiations.
  • Have strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to drive profitable growth.
  • Have experience working with National Oil Companies (NOCs), International Oil Companies (IOCs), and strategic industry partners.
  • Have strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities at executive levels.
  • Have experience identifying and developing new business opportunities within both traditional and energy transition markets.
  • Have excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
