Salary: up to £38,000 DOE plus car allowance (£4,800 pa), attractive bonus scheme and company benefits
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday - Opportunity for overtime
Location: Stewartby with some travel around the Southern Region
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage, develop, and grow revenue, profitability, and effectiveness across your area, ensuring budgeted profitability levels are achieved or exceeded
- Lead the bid process from initial notice through submission, managing specific bid budgets and ensuring all governance and legal/commercial requirements are met
- Liaise with current and prospective clients to identify service requirements, conduct site surveys, and prepare comprehensive work scope and quotations
- Plan and confirm resourcing and service delivery requirements aligned with client quality expectations and service levels
- Identify new service opportunities and scope extensions to add value to commercial relationships
- Support the Emergency response service, covering on call rota and attending and managing events
- Ensure safe systems of work are provided for all employees, carry out regular safety inspections, and promote a strong Health & Safety culture
- Prepare monthly reports detailing results, KPI statistics, and maintain proactive communication with all relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Support development of the Business Plan ensuring alignment with Veolia vision, strategy, values, and goals
- Work with depot teams to ensure individual depots thrive while contributing to wider ISS Business targets and financial goals

What We're Looking For
We need a proactive, commercially-minded leader with:
- In-depth knowledge of Industrial Services and site operations
- Financial acumen with proven ability to manage budgets and drive profitability
- Strong customer management skills with a track record of building and maintaining key relationships
- Strategic vision combined with excellent presentation abilities
- Legal awareness and compliance mindset
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects, manage competing demands, and consistently meet deadlines
- Commitment to Health & Safety excellence and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse stakeholders
- Willingness to participate in Emergency Response Duty Rota System
