Are you ready to champion quality and lead the charge in delivering top-notch software products? We're on the lookout for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Engineer to oversee our quality assurance activities. Your mission: ensure our software products are nothing short of exceptional! With a strong background in QA methodologies, test automation, and team leadership, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies, enhance QA processes, and support the delivery of scalable and reliable systems. The day to day:
- Define, develop, and implement comprehensive QA strategies and processes to ensure high-quality product releases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, development, and operations to align on quality objectives.
- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for various products and features.
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Identify and implement test automation opportunities to streamline processes.
- Report on QA metrics and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
- Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in quality assurance and testing.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and industry standards.

What we need from you
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
