What you’ll do
We’re looking for an experienced, customer-first ISA Transfers Team Lead who has exceptional knowledge of ISA rules and regulations and is ready to roll up their sleeves and raise the bar as we scale.
You’ll lead our ISA Transfers team, overseeing the end-to-end transfer journey across Cash ISAs and Lifetime ISAs. You’ll be responsible for ensuring transfers are processed accurately, efficiently and in line with HMRC rules, regulatory requirements and industry guidance, while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Your expertise in ISA transfers will be critical to the role. You’ll act as the team’s subject matter expert, supporting the team with complex transfers, exceptions, rejections and regulatory queries, while ensuring the right processes and controls are in place to minimise errors and customer friction.
You’ll own team performance across quality, productivity, transfer completion times and customer outcomes, while driving continuous improvement across our transfer processes. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external ISA providers to resolve issues and ensure transfers are progressed efficiently.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
