ISC Data Analyst

As an ISC Data Analyst, you will be responsible for transforming supply chain data into actionable insights that drive operational performance, workforce planning, and strategic decision-making across the Integrated Supply Chain organization. You will work closely with Operations, Planning, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Logistics, and Finance teams to develop reporting solutions, performance metrics, and analytical models that improve visibility and business outcomes.
As an ISC Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Workforce & Capacity Planning
- Developing and maintaining workforce forecasting models to predict headcount requirements across manufacturing, planning, sourcing, logistics, and supply chain functions.
- Analyzing demand, productivity, capacity, and operational trends to support short-, medium-, and long-term resource planning.
- Data Analysis & Business Insights
- Collecting, cleansing, validating, and analyzing data from multiple enterprise systems and databases.
- Translating complex datasets into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
- Supporting leadership teams with data-driven recommendations to improve operational performance and efficiency.
- Performance Management & KPI Development
- Designing, developing, and maintaining a suite of Integrated Supply Chain KPIs.
- Standardizing KPI definitions, reporting methodologies, and governance processes.
- Supporting monthly operating reviews and leadership governance forums through performance reporting and analysis.
- Reporting & Visualization
- Designing and developing interactive Power BI dashboards that provide visibility into supply chain performance.
- Automating reporting processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility of data.
- Driving continuous improvement in reporting tools and visualization capabilities.
- Continuous Improvement & Digital Transformation
- Identifying opportunities to improve data quality, reporting processes, and analytical capabilities.
- Supporting digital transformation and operational excellence initiatives through advanced analytics.
- Driving adoption of data-driven decision-making across the Integrated Supply Chain organization.

Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, Logistics, or Business Analytics.
- Demonstrate strong experience developing Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Possess advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Have experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Possess excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Have experience with SQL, Python, Power Query, or similar analytical tools.
- Demonstrate knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent platforms.
