ISET – UK FIRE & SECURITY DISTRIBUTION LTD

May 2022 marked the beginning of a new era within the Fire and Security industry, as two well known companies came together. Many of you will know Tony from UKFSD and Nick from ISET Solutions, who—bringing together over 50 years of combined experience across manufacturers, distributors, and installers—merged their respective distribution businesses to form ISET-UK. Now established as one of the leading distributor of fire, security, and specialist home automation products, ISET-UK is proudly based in the East Midlands and committed to delivering expertise, reliability, and outstanding customer support.

UKFSD

UK Fire & Security Distribution Ltd was established in November 2015 by Tony Binch, who brings over 30 years of experience within the security sector, having previously worked with Gardiner Technology and later RISCO Group. From the outset, UKFSD has prioritised customer service, ensuring engineers receive the support, expertise, and solutions needed to achieve the best possible outcomes.

ISET Solutions Limited

Nick has over 24 years of experience working with various installers, manufacturers and distributors giving him a unique experience in every aspect of the security industry.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
