About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Island Enterprise Browser Specialist to support the deployment, administration, security, and ongoing management of the Island Enterprise Browser across an enterprise environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with Cybersecurity, IAM, Infrastructure, and End User Computing teams to ensure secure and reliable browser-based access to corporate applications and data.
Location: London / Hybrid
Contract Type: Permanent or Contract
Start Date: ASAP
Experience: 2+ years in Enterprise IT / Cybersecurity, with hands-on Island Enterprise Browser experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure and administer Island Enterprise Browser.
- Manage browser policies, configurations, and enterprise controls.
- Configure and maintain Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
- Integrate Island with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD and other IAM platforms.
- Support SSO, SAML, SCIM, and identity-based access controls.
- Configure application and website access policies.
- Implement security controls for corporate and unmanaged devices.
- Monitor browser activity, security events, and logs.
- Troubleshoot authentication, access, policy, and browser-related issues.
- Support integrations with SaaS and enterprise applications.
- Work with Cybersecurity teams on Zero Trust and secure access requirements.
- Produce technical documentation, procedures, and configuration standards.
- Assist with rollout, migration, and onboarding of users to Island Enterprise Browser.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with Island Enterprise Browser administration and deployment.
- Strong understanding of enterprise browser security.
- Experience with DLP and data protection controls.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD.
- Knowledge of SSO, SAML, and SCIM.
- Understanding of Zero Trust security principles.
- Experience troubleshooting enterprise applications and authentication.
- Good understanding of endpoint, network, and web security.
- Ability to work with security, IAM, and infrastructure teams.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.

Desirable
- Experience with Okta or other IAM platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and SaaS applications.
- Knowledge of endpoint management such as Intune.
- Experience with enterprise browser migrations or large-scale deployments.
- Familiarity with CASB, SSE/SASE, or secure web access technologies.
- Relevant cybersecurity or cloud certifications.
Contract Candidates
For contract positions, recent hands-on Island Enterprise Browser experience is strongly preferred, particularly experience with the Island admin console, policy configuration, DLP, identity integrations, and enterprise deployment.
