The role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, alliances, marketing, and go-to-market strategy.

You’ll translate partner requirements into actionable opportunities, develop compelling technical materials, and help bring joint solutions to market.

Your work will influence how partners build with open-source technologies and how customers access secure, validated solutions across cloud and edge environments.

You’ll operate with significant autonomy in a remote-first, globally distributed organization and collaborate across multiple time zones.

This is an ideal opportunity for a technically strong professional looking to grow into a strategic technology partnerships and business development career.

Accountabilities

  • Build and develop relationships with independent software vendors and their product, engineering, alliance, and marketing teams.

  • Support the creation and execution of go-to-market strategies for joint offerings and technology solutions.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for audiences ranging from individual contributors to C-suite executives.
  • Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, ensuring partner initiatives progress from concept through delivery and launch.
  • Represent the organization at client meetings, industry events, conferences, and other partner engagements.
  • Travel internationally, up to approximately 25% of the time, to strengthen partnerships and participate in internal events.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
