One of our clients is looking for an enthusiastic and commercially driven IT Account Executive to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, understanding technology requirements, and building strong business relationships.

The Role
As an IT Account Executive, you will help develop customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and support existing accounts.
You will work closely with customers to understand their business and technology requirements and help connect them with suitable IT products and services.
You will also work alongside sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure customers receive a high-quality experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Respond to customer enquiries and sales leads
- Understand customer IT requirements and business needs
- Promote relevant IT products, services, and solutions
- Prepare quotations and proposals
- Conduct customer calls, online meetings, and presentations
- Follow up leads and maintain a consistent sales pipeline
- Support account managers with customer requirements
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Work towards individual and team sales targets
- Build long-term relationships with customers
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is confident, commercially minded, and enjoys communicating with people.
You should have:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good commercial awareness
- Confidence speaking with customers and business decision-makers
- Strong organisation and time-management skills
- A proactive and target-driven approach
- Good computer and CRM skills
- Ability to learn technical products and services quickly
- Professional and customer-focused attitude
Previous experience in IT sales, technology sales, account management, B2B sales, or business development would be advantageous. However, ambitious candidates with strong sales or customer service experience who want to move into IT sales will also be considered.
