Are you a customer-focused administrator with excellent attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving? We're looking for an IT Administrator to join our team, supporting colleagues across the UK, EMEA, and global offices.

We're looking for an organised and customer-focused IT Administrator to join our Service Desk team. You'll be the first point of contact for IT support requests from colleagues across the UK, EMEA and our global offices, ensuring every request is logged, prioritised and routed to the right team. You'll also provide first-line support for routine queries, monitor key system reports and alerts, and help keep our critical business systems running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for IT support requests via phone, email and our service desk system.
  • Log, prioritise and assign incidents and service requests, ensuring all information is recorded accurately.
  • Provide first-line support for routine queries, including password resets and account-related requests.
  • Escalate business-critical issues promptly to ensure they are resolved quickly.
  • Monitor and action daily reports to maintain system and data integrity.
  • Prepare and process user access requests.
  • Monitor system alerts and software integration errors, resolving or escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Keep users informed with clear updates and excellent customer service throughout the support process.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 6 GCSEs, including English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above) or equivalent
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues at all levels
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A reliable, flexible, and enthusiastic approach to work
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

This is a fully onsite role based in St Ives.
