Facewatch IT Administrator

Facewatch is the UK’s leading legally compliant live facial recognition security solution for retailers, focused on reducing retail crime and protecting people and assets. The platform is proven to cut retail crime by up to 70%, helping safeguard employees, customers, and products in diverse retail environments. Facewatch combines advanced technology with robust data protection and legal compliance standards. Team members contribute to a high-impact solution that supports safer stores and more secure communities.

We run a distributed estate of connected devices — deployed cameras, mobile phones, routers, SIMs and IoT hardware across customer and operational sites — alongside Microsoft 365, our internal laptops, and a growing set of business applications.

The IT Administrator owns all of it, end to end. You'll keep every device, account and connection provisioned, secure, up to date and working — from the cameras and phones in the field to the laptops on our team's desks and the identity layer that ties our systems together.

It's a hands-on, practical role for someone who likes owning problems from first report to fix, works well with both internal teams and suppliers, and — importantly — writes things down. You won't just solve the issue in front of you; you'll document it, build the process so the support team can handle it next time, and escalate cleanly when needed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you'll do:

  • Cameras & deployed hardware — configure, test, update and maintain the camera estate (firmware, configuration, quality checks, fault-fixing and replacements), and keep an accurate record of what's where.
  • Mobile fleet (Scalefusion MDM) — enrol, configure and monitor phones, keep software current and auditable, and enforce security policies across the fleet.
  • Connectivity, end to end — manage and troubleshoot routers, IoT devices, SIMs and mobile data, isolating faults across the chain and working with providers to resolve them.
  • Internal devices — manage company laptops and devices through MDM so they stay patched, secure and compliant.
  • Microsoft 365 & access — administer M365 (accounts, licences, groups, mailboxes, permissions) and handle joiners, movers and leavers with least-privilege access.
  • SSO & applications — connect third-party services to M365 / Entra ID for single sign-on, and support SSO setup for the applications we build in-house.
  • Documentation & triage — turn recurring problems into clear guides and triage processes the support team can follow and escalate through.
  • Support & vendors — act as the escalation point for any of the above, and manage suppliers for faults, warranties, replacements and procurement.
