At IVC Evidensia, we’re proud to be one of the leading veterinary services providers across Europe and North America. With over 2,500 clinics and hospitals in 20 countries and a team of 41,000 passionate professionals, we care for around 25,000 animals every single day. Our purpose is simple yet powerful: Healthy Animals, Happy Owners.
We’re now looking for an IT Administrator to join our growing team at our Keynsham Head Office. This is a hands-on role that plays a vital part in keeping our IT operations running smoothly and supporting colleagues across the business.
To be clear, this is not a technical, service desk role, but you would be working in parallel to our busy service desk, providing meaningful administrative, organisational & operational support to the business.
What you’ll do
As an IT Administrator, you’ll be the go-to person for IT equipment and mobile services. Your day will be varied and fast-paced, including:
- Managing IT equipment orders and ensuring timely delivery
- Handling mobile phone queries, from ordering new devices to resolving contract issues
- Coordinating with suppliers and couriers to keep everything on track
- Keeping records and internal documents accurate and up to date
- Supporting the team with general administration and organising meetings

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
